Our rings will relax a little in the first couple of weeks, so they should fit snug initially. Made from silicone, they are designed to stretch for safety.

How much force does it take to break the ring?

Our rings are designed to break under pressure to protect your finger. Groove Original silicone rings will break at ~32lbs of pressure.

Are your products nickel free?

All our rings are 100% nickel-free.

What size Groove Ring should I order?

The silicone is not pre-relaxed, so start with a snug fit. If between sizes, go for the next whole size down.
